Hey Reader,

If green desserts confuse you, maybe skip this one. Everyone else, hiiii! This week is all pandan. Desserts, drinks, chewy things, and a heck of a lot of coconut.

πŸƒ Let’s get ABSURD with pandan in these desserts

Banh Da Lon

Chewy, bouncy pandan and coconut-mung bean layers stacked into Vietnamese dessert heaven.

Ondeh Ondeh

Get ready to rock your kitchen with fool-proof magic - this classic Ondeh Ondeh recipe! These Malaysian treats, called Klepon in Indonesia are all jazzed up with pandan and palm sugar, and have the most incredible texture!

Kuih Dadar

Crepe Diem! These Kuih-nique tender crepes are cocon-utterly divine. A great introduction to Malaysian dessert kuih-sine with truly Katayap-tivating Flavors! If you are gluten-free, these can be made with a mix of glutinous rice flour and cassava flour in place of the regular flour.
